Hey everyone,

I’m new to Signature Career Management having joined at the start of September 2023 just after my 23^rd birthday (getting old now). Having never done any recruitment before or even an office-based role prior to coming here I was a little nervous as to how I’d find it, but I’m loving it! Football and the world of sport has always been my passion, but having fallen out of the love for coaching it was time for a new challenge and a more sustainable career path. Before starting fresh, I decided on embarking on a trip to South-east Asia, Indonesia, and Australia before coming back and settling down ready for the world of recruitment!

A moment when you’ve been star-struck?

I don’t have a particular star-struck moment, but a moment I was most shocked with surprise was visiting a hospital in Laos during travelling and seeing the poverty there, it was a real eye-opener (the rest won’t be this depressing don’t worry)!

What’s one thing you did recently you are proud of?

Skydive in Australia. I’m sh*t scared of heights and pushed myself to overcome the fear but also knew it would be an amazing. Nothing’s changed though I’m still scared of heights.

What motivates you to come to work each day?

My own mindset in wanting to work hard and succeed- I’m always pushing myself and feel like I have a good mentality in wanting to be successful.

What are some of your hobbies outside of work?

Gym, Football, Booze! The 5:45am gym get ups to go before work have taken some dedication! Massive football fan, love watching any game that’s on and going to the Etihad to watch city, also accompanied by a pint (or several).

What would your death row meal be?

Nando’s Sharing platter. All to myself!! Extra Garlic bread & peri-peri chips with hot seasoned chicken covered in medium spiced peri sauce, if you know you know!

What are some of your personal goals this year?

Exceed my revenue target, become a specialist within my area of recruitment, smash the gym and get to watch Man City in Europe again!

Recommend a book you recently read.

None! (I never read- even though I should as it is good for development, I just don’t enjoy it and get bored!)!

What’s your secret talent that no one knows about?

Table tennis- fancy my chances against anyone in the office!

What was the first thing you bought with your own money?

Lads holiday to Magaluf when I finished school 🤦‍♂️ (No I did not pay for everyone!) Never to return!!! Awful place.

If you could get a new skill in 10 minutes, what would it be?

Cook nice meals – My knowledge of cooking is horrendous and I’m not skilled in it whatsoever (would defo take longer than 10 mins!!).
