Bruce, a keen sportsman who joined the team back in 2020, competed at a high standard in athletics during his youth. When his promising career was cut short by injury, Bruce decided it was time to get a ‘proper job’ but settled upon a career in recruitment instead. Thankfully, Bruce brought with him to Signature all the tenacity, resilience and committed approach needed for sporting achievement and is replicating his success in FMCG recruitment. The speed at which he has picked up his role is second only to his pace down the right wing for the amateur football club he regularly plays for.

“Young, sporty, good looking and a natural aptitude for recruitment… but that’s enough about me. Bruce is also quite sporty, although his choice in football teams leaves a lot to be desired. On a serious note though, he’s well suited to recruitment; likes chatting with people, has a good memory and is happy to do long hours.
