Liam
The first employee to join Signature, Liam came from a retail banking background. He displayed all of the right attributes to join this ambitious company, namely that he was a member of the extended family and didn’t mind working out of a bedroom-turned-office at the co-founder’s home. A big Game of Thrones fan, he is the self-proclaimed ‘King of the North’; it is therefore ironic that he has built up an extensive network of sales professionals across the South of England. It may have been thrust upon him, but Liam has developed a great understanding of the intricacies of the Out-of-Home channels and is the go-to man for advice on salary benchmarking, distribution and growth plans in this arena.

He looks like Karl Pilkington and shares very similar theories about life to him. When he’s not living and breathing FMCG Sales Recruitment, he spends the rest of his spare time talking about football or music. Whenever he comes back from working in London, he always describes his working day as, ‘Riding the Rail’.
