Libby has taken up the role of Head of HR at Signature to support them with their ambitious growth plans. Those that believe being Emilie’s sister gave Libby a competitive advantage when pitching for the new role, should realise that Emilie’s favourite phrase is, ‘Everyone was having fun till HR turned up!” As it turns out, Libby is more of a fun facilitator than a fun blocker and takes an active role in ensuring that team social events go with a swing; this has endeared her to the wider team even whilst she’s rolling out policies and enacting legislation!

Libby definitely drew the short straw when joining as she was assigned a desk right next to Andrew. It appears his favourite pastime is winding up his sister-in-law, so Libby’s composure and restraint are tested on a daily basis. It looks like she’s had plenty of opportunities to hone these skills though as her dog Kevin, who joins us in the office on alternate weeks, appears to share the same favourite pastime!
