Mike brought new meaning to the phrase ‘keeping it local’ when he joined Signature, as he lives on the same street as the office. He doesn’t let that get in his way of being last into work in the morning though! However, despite the protracted transition from the morning routine of his student days, Mike’s drive is unquestionable which has lent to him making a flying start at Signature and he is well-thought-of by candidates for his detailed and communicative approach. Having been on the books at Stoke City FC as a goalkeeper in his youth, Mike has taken this into his career in recruitment and he is also popular with many of our clients who see him as a safe pair of hands when they are on the hunt for their next marketing appointment.

Mike fancies himself as a bit of a sportsperson but it’s taken a while to convince the others. In his first week at Signature, he was on the side that lost 15-1 in a charity football match. To make matters worse, Mike managed to score two goals that day… both into his own net! It’s taken far less effort to convince his colleagues of his recruitment skills though, as he quickly became a valuable member of the team.
