Apprenticeships
One of the fundamental aims of Signature Career Management is to reverse many of the shortcomings that traditional recruitment methodologies have created. Rather than adding to these problems by hiring within the industry, Signature has adopted a long-term strategy that recognises the attitudinal characteristics of potential recruitment consultants, then trains them up to the standards of the co-founder and recruitment expert, Emilie Gregson.
With a commitment to our local economy, it seemed like a natural progression to provide opportunity by developing talent within the surrounding areas through recognised apprenticeship schemes.
